Leases

The Leases module helps you manage land rental agreements — whether you’re leasing land from others or renting out your own.

Creating a Lease

1. Navigate to Leases in the left sidebar
2. Click + New Lease
3. Fill in the details:
   • Title — Lease name or reference
   • Type — Leasing in or leasing out
   • Partner — Landowner or tenant
   • Fields — Associated field(s)
   • Start/End Date — Lease period
   • Terms — Rental amount, conditions, payment schedule
4. Save the lease record

• Track active and expired leases
• Monitor payment schedules
• Link leases to specific fields on your map
• Set renewal reminders
